Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 Hours Notice will result in a cancellation/no show fee of $50.If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, a cancellation fee of $75 will apply. Or you can use the remaining time left for your appointment and the price will remain the sameWe require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. No card on file, no appointment.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All spa-related records are stored electronically, off-site, and in a secure manner. The information contained in your spa record is treated as confidential. Every guest that has undergone any medical aesthetic procedure will also have a separate electronic medical record. The electronic medical records software that we employ is both secure and HIPAA compliant. Access to medical records at Hermosa Aesthetics and Wellness is highly restricted, and only those employees who assist with medical procedures retain the ability to review a patient’s medical records.
